Weekly Report 4 - Phase 2: Fixing ZIsland functionality in UE5 Editor - WIP

Hey gamers!

The grind continues, though it's true we've managed to open the project in UE5's editor, we still can't export the project to an executable program. There are many "blueprints" which are like native code for the UnrealEngine editor that we need to fix.

This is because the changes we made in the C++ code mean that many of these blueprints have changed and now don't work as expected, but nothing that's irreparable for now.

You can already play the game within the editor. Check this out:

Fortunately, we've already encountered a similar scenario in UE4 and managed to fix it, so we remain optimistic.

By the way, excellent news, we fixed the video bug earlier this week. Dialogues are now working as intended. Progress is ongoing.

Thank you all for your support and patience, we're moving at the expected pace. We continue working on the revamped version of Z-Island.
